Race Information

We are excited to present the Mesquite Running Event. We have received tremendous support from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Mesquite City and Casa Blanca Hotel. We appreciate their support as well as others in the area.

This web site is where all the official race updates, packet information, links to race pictures, finishing times, and places will be posted.

About Us

The Mesquite Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K is made possible by Mammoth Marathons. Mammoth Marathons is a group consisting of three Race Directors and multiple volunteers. Mammoth Marathons goals are to provide races that the whole family can participate in, and host running events that are unique and in new and undiscovered running venues.

Mammoth Marathons is achieving these goals by offering a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k. We feel that by offering all three options the whole family will be able to find a race that will work for them. We have also chosen locations that currently do not host any other major running events. These locations are both beautiful and unique.

Venue Details

The Mesquite Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K run right into downtown Mesquite. This beautiful town is known for it’s relaxed atmosphere, yet still features incredible opportunities for the whole family. The surrounding area is incredible scenic. The running route is along the old Highway from St. George to Mesquite. Much of the run is next to the Virgin river, and the route is along rolling hills, with tall red rocks surrounding .

Certification

The Mesquite Marathon and Half Marathon have been given an official USATF Certification. This ensures you, the runner that you are running the correct distance.
Marathon Certification: UT09009TLB
Half Marathon Certification: UT09010TLB
